Résumé
 

Christoph Schalk, born 1968, is director of the Partnership and Consultancy Network of the Institute of Natural Church Development International. He is also the scientific and statistical director of the institute. He and his wife Annette have two children and live in the South of Germany. Christoph Schalk studied psychology and theology at the University of Würzburg. From 1994-1996 he was responsible for organizing a large research project which laid the foundations for the institute’s ministry. Today he trains coaches in over 60 countries. He has written several books, including a pastor’s guide and mentor’s guide to the gift-based ministry. Together with Christian A. Schwarz, he co-authored the Implementation Guide to Natural Church Development, which has appeared in 20 different languages. Since 2004 he has been in charge of OQM International, a consultancy for Christian not-for-profit organizations.
